Established in the 1990's, Western Imports is a full service importer and distributor of fine furnishings for the home and garden. We have grown to become one of the largest suppliers of imported ornamental iron in the country, and we take pride in our high standards for quality and style.
When we opened for business, we had a small outdoor warehouse with a very limited selection of products. Over the past decade we have grown, and now we have a five acre outdoor warehouse packed with product. We also have a showroom at our warehouse, a permanent showroom at the Minneapolis Gift Mart, and Wholesale & Factory in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico. Our warehouse and large, on-hand selection of products allows us to deliver most orders complete and in a timely manner.
Over the years we have also worked diligently to improve our quality and maintain the most attractive collection of products in the ornamental iron industry. We have established a network of talented artisans to create our products, and this has allowed us to increase our quality and style. We are able to hand forge the iron on many of our products using heavy gauge iron we finish with a specially developed clear-coat which provides a superior finish.
